…would you drink it?? I want to share my favorite green juice recipe with you that will give you healthy glowing skin and help with all of the above! Juicing is one of the easiest ways to get glowing skin and nourish your body so drink up friends!!

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1 apple

  • 3 celery stalks

  • 1/2 cup kale

  • 1 large chunk of ginger (peeled)

Cucumber

There is a reason they have cucumber water in most spas. It soothes your skin from the inside out, helps flush out toxins and aids in maintaining a healthy complexion. Cucumber also contains vitamin B-5 which has been used to help treat acne.

Apple

Apple juice prevents premature aging, enhances skin glow, protects against ultraviolet radiation and leads to younger looking skin.

Ginger

For me Ginger is my favorite ingredient because- flavor, but when I found out the benefits for my skin I will not go without it in my juice now! Containing around 40 antioxidant properties that prevent free radical damage it also protects against aging, evens skin tone and improves elasticity.

Lemon

Lemons are rich in vitamin C and citric acid so they can help brighten and lighten your skin. They also aid in boosting collagen.

Celery

Celery has powerful anti-inflammatory effects that can help with acne and eczema. In an indirect way it can actually help the skin by promoting sleep.

Kale

The antioxidants found in kale help slow down the aging process and promote healthy glowing skin and hair. The vitamin K in kale helps prevent dark circles and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
